I set up Nafintra in late 2025 after spending over fifteen years leading finance functions across businesses of all sizes, from global organisations with over £100M in revenue to fast growing SMEs and early stage startups.

Throughout that time, I kept seeing the same thing. Businesses that wanted to grow but were being held back by finance operations that just weren't up to the job. Cashflow was unclear, reporting took too long, and too much relied on manual processes.

I also saw first hand how often teams pushed back against change, even when it would make their working lives easier. Whether it was adopting better tools or rethinking how things were done, the uncertainty around change was enough to keep people stuck.

That's exactly why I started Nafintra. I wanted to give SMEs a genuine partner who could get stuck in, sort out the finance operations, and help them feel confident about the way their business runs day to day. My approach is straightforward: keep the numbers accurate, the data clean, and the processes efficient.
